AMBEST MINDFULNESS LIVING PROGRAMME

Empowering Ourselves: Strengthening from Within

This 8 session programme works to increase your self-awareness, emotional resilience and clarity, responding to situations with choice rather than our habitual automatic reactivity, so you can learn to live more fully.
Each session lasts 2.5 hours. Through learning to pay attention to our experiences including our breath, emotions and moods, bodily sensations and thoughts we learn to live a more enriched mindful life.

The programme is delivered in person or online.

AMBEST MINDFULNESS PROGRAMME

Hosted in a conducive environment, these retreats provide an opportunity to take time out from our frantic world, to cultivate our mindfulness practices and provide time for reflection.
Encompassing the core mindfulness meditations, individuals experience calmness and greater self-awareness of their breath, emotions, bodily sensations and their thoughts.

Mindfulness Retreats

The retreat is delivered for half day or full day in person.
